Satisfaction Guarantee Return & Reimbursement Policy For Pet King Brands Authorized Sellers (“Brand Partners”)

 

Purchase from Pet King Brands or an Authorized Brand Partner

At Pet King Brands, Inc., we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Pet King Brands product you purchased from one of our Authorized Sellers (“Brand Partners”) which includes retailers/etailers, contact them about their Reimbursement Policy and how to return the product directly to the authorized retailer or etailer.  If you purchased the product from a Brand Partner and were not able to return the product for a direct reimbursement, Pet King Brands is proud to stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchased the product from our website (www.zymox.com), you may return the product for a replacement product or reimbursement according to the original terms of purchase and by following the process outlined below.

 

Exclusion of Guarantee Coverage for Products Sold by Unauthorized Sellers

Pet King Brands’ products are legitimately sold only by Brand Partners who are required to follow Pet King Brands’ policies and procedures, including certain quality controls.  These quality controls include requirements relating to product storage and handling, product inspection, reporting of any defects to Pet King Brands and cooperation with Pet King Brands in the event that Pet King Brands conducts a product recall or any other consumer safety action.  If an Authorized Seller does not follow Pet King Brands’ quality controls, Pet King Brands has the right to cease providing ZYMOX® and Oratene® products to the seller and to terminate the seller’s status as a Brand Partner.

Because Pet King Brands cannot certify the authenticity of the products or take action to correct the quality of products that are sold by sellers that are not subject to its quality controls, the Pet King Brands’ 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products that are purchased from sellers that have not agreed to follow Pet King Brands’ quality controls.  This exclusion includes all products that are purchased from unauthorized sellers. Accordingly, the Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to products purchased from Authorized Sellers.  Pet King Brands will not accept claims related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites or unauthorized marketplace sales.

 

How to Submit a Satisfaction Guarantee Return

To submit your Satisfaction Guarantee Claim please follow the steps below:

  • You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
  • Your claim must be submitted to Customer Service at customerservice@petkingbrands.com
    • You will need to upload a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase
    • You will be allowed to select your method of reimbursement during the claim registration
  • An email will be sent to you confirming your claim registration with your claim number
  • Once your claim is approved and a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued, you will receive an email from Pet King Brands Customer Service with instructions for mailing the product and receipt back to Pet King Brands, and a link to a printable label that includes the claim number and the shipping information.
  • Payment will be issued after the product and receipt arrive and are processed through RMA Satisfaction Guarantee - Customer Service.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee Guidelines

Pet King Brands reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase (original receipt), require the return of the unused product (or empty bottle), and to deny guarantee requests at its discretion for reseller business transactions, non-authorized sales, or other transactions that fall outside of the Satisfaction Guarantee consumer support intent.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Reimbursement will be given for the purchase price of the product. It will not include sales tax and does not include return postage or shipping charges.
  • Shipment cost will be paid for by Pet King Brands. A pre-paid shipping label for the returning of product will be provided via email.
  • The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
