How to Find an Authorized Seller

Yes, you are reading the headline correctly. You can purchase authentic ZYMOX and Oratene products on Amazon, but you need to purchase products from one of Pet King Brands’ Authorized Seller Brand Partners.  When the news broke that three ZYMOX products sold on Amazon were found to be counterfeit, Pet King Brands was flooded with questions about products purchased on Amazon from different resellers. 

The three ZYMOX products that were found to be counterfeit:

• ZYMOX Otic Ear Solution with 1% Hydrocortisone, 1.25 fl oz
• ZYMOX Otic Plus Ear Solution with 1% Hydrocortisone, 1.25 fl oz

HOW TO DETERMINE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER BRAND PARTNER ON AMAZON

This is a question that has been asked frequently by concerned pet parents. When searching on Amazon, the way to find the seller of any product is to click on the product listing which will expand the details and then locate the Sold By information typically listed under the Buy Now button. 

The “Sold By” should list one of the Authorized Seller Brand Partners on Amazon listed in this blog. If it lists any other reseller, please do not purchase it!

HOW TO FIND THE SELLER OF ANY PREVIOUS PURCHASE ON AMAZON

The next most frequently asked question has been how to figure out the seller of a previous purchase.  Fortunately, Amazon has made it very easy for anyone to search their order history on Amazon – not just purchases of ZYMOX or Oratene.  First, locate the Returns & Orders tab at the top of the Amazon page. Then scroll to the purchase in question and click on Order Details and then locate the Sold by information.
